ADDICTION AWARENESS MEMORIAL RUN

Race Details:
The race will be held at Guilderland High School located at 8 School Road Guilderland Center NY. The event starts from the West Parking Lot. Registration will open at 8:00am. The Memory Ceremony/Balloon Release will be at 9:00am. Start time for the run is 9:45am. A 1/4 mile kids fun run for ages 8 and under will be held at 9:30am preceding the main race. No payment is needed for the kids fun run, but registration should be completed. Warm Up Zumba will begin at 9:20am. Runners will start the event, followed by the walkers. After the completion of the run/walk, a children's fun run will occur separated by two age groups. The first will be 6 and under, the second will be 7 to 12. * Certified 5k Course * Runners/Walkers welcome * Pre and Post Race Water & Refreshments provided * Raffles * Awards by Gender and Age Group * Addiction and Recovery Vendor Fair * T-Shirts to the first 250 paid participants who register at runsignup.com. * Children's Bounce House * Family Friendly * Friendly dogs may walk/run with owner but must stay on leash at all times * 50/50 Raffle * $250.00 Charity Donation awarded to The Top FundRaising Team * Proceeds to benefit Schenectady YWCA The Addictions Care Center of Albany Friends of Recovery New York and the Capital District GRASP Chapter
